Bankruptcy: The Process
Getting to the point where the need to file bankruptcy becomes a reality is frustrating.
Trying to maneuver through the bankruptcy "maze" without counsel even more so.
If you are thinking about bankruptcy this site will give you an idea of what's in store.
Over time I've developed my own method for getting people like you through the process.
The different pages under "The Process" lay out how I approach a bankruptcy case. One piece at a time. It's an approach that has worked before and will work again!
When you're done reading pick up the phone and give me a call. I can help you through the process.
I look forward to talking to you soon.
This purpose of this site is to give you some basic information about bankruptcy.
This site does not contain step-by-step instructions on how to complete a bankruptcy petition yourself.
The topics listed in the drop-down menu under "The Process" are, generally, in chronological order, from start to finish of a bankruptcy case. They are also organized the way I prefer to work through the process.
But, as with most areas of law, there are subtleties and distinctions that can make one person's path through bankruptcy different from another's.
Feel free to start at the beginning or with whatever interests you at the moment.
